Infrastructure
We’ve made our careers out of helping people power their lives.
Wind Farms
We always try to stay ahead of the sustainability curve. Well, wind farms definitely hold a place in New Zealand’s future. Recently, we were able to work closely with Meridian Energy to successfully deliver two wind farms in the North Island.
However, it’s far more than just putting up turbines. Projects like these require detailed erosion and sediment control, earthworks, roading, foundations, cabling and a complex system of stormwater infrastructure.

Geothermal Power Stations
As a country sitting atop a world of geothermal activity, we’ve always harnessed natural energy to power the country. Partnering with Contact Energy, we were able to deliver the earthworks on two separate Geothermal Power Stations in the central North Island.
When working on big projects like these, there is seemingly endless infrastructure to take into account. We needed to work out the best methods for erosion and sediment control, the installation of roading, platforms, well pads and stormwater systems.

Irrigation Schemes and Dams
From local Iwi to rural farming, irrigation and dam systems are vital to communities all over the country. We’ve managed to create water systems, from all the way down in Otago, right up to the tip of Northland.
When you’re dealing with water; piping infrastructure, stream works and geotechnical remediation are paramount. And like any other job, you’re always going to need to have erosion and sediment control throughout the earthworks.

National Highways
When a road is poorly laid, everyone complains. When it’s done right, no one talks about it. Which is exactly what we strive for. We’ve had the pleasure of delivering multiple roads of national significance from the Eastern Taupo Arterial, Pyes Pa Bypass and the Hamilton section of the Waikato Expressway.
To build the arteries that run throughout the country, it takes a lot of planning. Long earthworks and roading jobs like these require a lot of stormwater infrastructure, as well as a large focus on erosion and sediment control.
